Objectives

The objectives of the institution are:

  1. to improve and expand safe and sufficient physical infrastructure
  2. to establish well managed library, EMIS, administrative and account section
  3. to increase the enrolment and pass percentage of students
  4. to improve access for academically qualified underprivileged students
  5. to produce outstanding, qualified and energetic graduates as per the necessity of market
  6. to update the  faculties through research-based activities and by providing opportunity for higher studies
  7. to calibrate the administrative staff 
  8. to acquire in students an all round development providing life-oriented education
  9. to develop campus as research and innovation centre
  10. to strengthen current program and launch new, modern, technical and additional courses
  11. to increase the participation of stakeholders that help to strengthen the capacity of the campus
  12. to get QAA certificate
  13. to develop the campus as a leading institution of the country

Plan/Strategies

Objective 1. To improve and expand safe and sufficient physical infrastructure

Strategies:

  • designing master plan and seeking resources to meet the plan with the participation of the community
  • forming construction committee and getting all the construction process done through it 

Objective 2. To establish well managed library, EMIS, administrative and account section

Strategy:

  • installing updated version of soft ware and other technology

Objective 3. To increases the enrolment and pass percentage of students

Strategies:

  • advertising through local media and mobilizing manpower
  • conducting result-oriented classroom teaching

Objective 4. To improve access for academically qualified underprivileged students

Strategies:

  • providing facilities for girls, Dalits and educationally disadvantaged Janajati for higher education
  • arousing socio-economic  awareness program for target groups

Objective 5. To produce outstanding, qualified and energetic graduates as per the necessity of market

Strategies:

  • identifying and implementing viable subjects and programs required to the market
  • research-based teaching learning process and updating students in modern technology

  • expanding research activities in the campus among teachers, students and the needy ones

  • analyzing the running program and feasibility study for launching new, modern, technical and additional courses

  • conducting sporadic meetings with the employers, industry, partners and labor market  to embolden the relationship
  • establishing mutually beneficial relationship with the external stakeholders

  • implementing the recommendations forwarded by Pre-Visit Team

  • setting well-defined plans, programs and strategies to carry out activities for the promotion of academic, infrastructural, human resource, capacity building and institutional development of the campus
